Celtic Hand Cast Irish Stone Bronzed Candle Holder

A beautiful handcast Celtic candleholder by Kieran Forde of Forde Crafts Ltd. Kilcullen, County Kildare Ireland which closed its doors October 19, 2007. This bonded bronze candle holder is carved with details taken from original carvings at the Newgrange Passage Tomb 3000BC. This candle holder is approx.3.75″ high and it’s base has a diameter of approx. 3.5″ x 4″ and the bottom is felted. In recent years it is hard to find the quality products we are used to seeing by Irish craftsmen. This piece is the perfect example of the artistic craftsman at work.
