Mary, Queen of Ireland. On the rainy evening of August 21, 1879 in the small village of Knock, County Mayo, Ireland, Our Lady appeared at the gable wall of the Parish Church. Mary was in the company of Saint Joseph and Saint John the Evangelist and on a small plain altar was a Lamb standing before a cross surrounded by angels. There are a number of things that are unique to this apparition of Mary. This is the only apparition where Mary was not alone and the only appearance of Mary where she did not speak a single word. She remained silent during the two hour duration. I have included a picture of the Knock Shrine as it looked in 2001 when I last visited.

This Parian China holy water font accented with 22kt gold, depicts Mary as She was described, dressed in white and wearing a golden crown. Her eyes looked to heaven and Her hands held shoulder height were held palms facing each other with the fingers pointed to the heavens.

In 2005 Belleek Parian China took over Donegal Parian China.
